Animal Control has a lot of activity that is NOT part of "administering the dog law of 1919, as it pertains to dogs". A LOT!
ABSOLUTELY NOBODY CAN COME UP WITH ANYTHING THAT EVEN REMOTELY RESEMBLES WHAT IT COSTS TO "ADMINISTER THE DOG LAW OF 1919, as amended" NOBODY ! As in no county in the whole state. Our state legislators need to fix this hole in the law, or just repeal the law for one that says there shall be no law on these issues. Basically, no license required, no rabies vaccination required. Nobody does anything with livestock damage anymore anyway.
